Das „d“ bei (m/w/d) steht für „divers“ und meint ein drittes Geschlecht. Andere Abkürzungen für ein drittes Geschlecht in Stellenausschreibungen sind „i“ (inter), „a“ (andere), „gn“ (geschlechtsneutral) oder einfach „x“. Sie sollen aber alle dasselbe ausdrücken.
