Was ist Bopp?
Eine BOPP-Folie ist eine Folie aus biaxial orientiertem Polypropylen. Von biaxial orientiert spricht man, weil die Molekülketten in zwei Richtungen (biaxial) ver-streckt werden. Verwendet werden die BOPP-Folien hauptsächlich als Verpac-kung für Lebensmittel.
Was bedeutet CPP Folie?
Ungereckte Polypropylen-Folie (CPP) Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen PE-Folien zeichnet sich CPP durch eine ausgesprochen hohe Transparenz, Steifigkeit und Abriebfestigkeit aus. Diese Eigenschaften machen CPP, neben OPP (Oriented Polypropylene) zu dem meisteingesetzten Polymer in der Verpackungsindustrie.
Was ist orientiertes Polypropylen?
Polypropylen ist neben Polyethylen (PE) einer der am häufigsten verwendete Kunststoffe für Verpackungen. OPP (auch PP-O) steht für orientiertes Polypropylen (Englisch: oriented polypropylene). Die Folie wird durch das sogenannte Verstrecken in eine Richtung widerstandsfähiger als die ursprüngliche PP-Folie.
Was ist Zellglasfolie?
Zellglasfolie. Zellglas, bekannt unter dem Namen Zellophan bzw. Cellophan, ist aus nachwachsenden statt fossilen Rohstoffen hergestellt. Die Folie ist kompostierbar kann aber auch dem Altpapier zugegeben werden, da der Rohstoff Zellulosefasern sind.
Was ist Trägerfolie?
Die Trägerfolie ist die Folienschicht, welche für die Bedruckung der Folie herangezogen wird. Die Verbundfolie kann mit einer zusätzlichen Barriereschicht ausgestattet werden, wenn die Trägerfolie nicht schon genügend Eigenbarriere aufweist.
Für was verwendet man Polypropylen?
Neben der Anwendung als synthetische Fasern und als Verpackungswerkstoff kommt PP auch als Gehäusewerkstoff sowie im Fahrzeugbau zum Einsatz. Die maximale Dauereinsatztemperatur liegt bei etwa 100 °C. Polypropylen ist mit rund 20\% Anteil an der Gesamtproduktion der zweitwichtigste Kunststoff.
Ist Cellophan ein Kunststoff?
Zellulosehydrat oder auch Zellglas, bekannt unter dem Begriffsmonopol Cellophan, ist einer der ältesten Kunststoffe für Verpackungen. Zellglas ist undurchlässig für Flüssigkeiten, lässt jedoch Wasserdampf passieren, damit verhindert eine entsprechende Verpackung, dass sich im Inneren Kondenswasser bildet.
