Was versteht man unter Kontrollzwang?
Menschen mit einem Kontrollzwang haben große Angst, dass durch ihre Schuld eine Person zu Schaden kommen könnte. Sie überprüfen daher immer wieder, ob der Herd tatsächlich aus ist oder die Haustür fest verschlossen ist. Ist der Kontrollzwang stark ausgeprägt, können die Personen ihre Wohnung nicht mehr verlassen.
Wie entstehen paranoide Gedanken?
