Was versteht man unter Plastination?
Die Plastination ist ein Konservierungs-Verfahren, das vor allem bei der anatomischen Präparation von Körpern und Körperteilen Verwendung findet. Die Plastination wurde im Anatomischen Institut der Universität Heidelberg von Gunther von Hagens entwickelt.
Wie funktioniert die Plastination?
Das Präparat wird dafür in ein eiskaltes Azetonbad gelegt, welches das Körperwasser nach und nach herauslöst. Anschließend wird das Azetonbad auf Raumtemperatur erwärmt, um auch die löslichen Fette aus dem Gewebe zu entfernen. Der Prozess der Entwässerung und Entfettung dauert etwa 3-4 Monate.
Wie viel kostet eine Plastination?
